Hi! My name is Marisa, and I am really looking forward to meeting you and sharing my language with you!
I was born in Spain, but I have become a person of the world.
My hobbies include travelling, hiking, music, outdoor activities, nature and food. I've been extremely lucky enough to visit plenty of countries and live in Australia.
Australia is my favorite travel destination, I love its beauty and diversity and and especially its wild life.
As for my studies, I have a PhD in Tourism.Me as a Teacher
My teaching style is one of listening to my students to understand where they need support, whether it’s for conversation at work, study or in social situations. I am patient and teach at a learning pace that each student will be comfortable with.My lessons & teaching style
RECOMMEND THAT YOU BOOK A TRIAL LESSON IF IT IS THE VERY FIRST LESSON WITH ME IN ORDER TO SET YOUR GOALS DURING YOUR LANGUAGE JOURNEY. During my lessons, I would like to talk about any topics you choose (if you are running out of ideas, don't worry, I will pick the subject/topic). I believe that discussing a wide variety of subjects is a very useful technique to improve your linguistic skills. We can also try another way of teaching: the lesson can be divided in four parts (speaking, listening, reading and writing) so you get to practice every skill. During the lesson, I will help you improve your pronunciation, listening, reading and spoken production skills in general.My teaching material
