I'm Alexander, pleased to meet you all! I'm half British, half Italian (I was born in the UK but I've always lived in Italy) and I'm very lucky to be fluent in both languages. I currently live in Sicily. I love learning new languages and learning about new cultures. I'm also passionate about writing and photography.Me as a Teacher
In addition to having CAE (Cambridge Advanced English) and TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) certificates, I have been teaching English and Italian online since 2017 and have gained a great deal of experience. Moreover, I have experience teaching English here in Sicily privately and from time to time I work as a translator.

My lessons mainly focus on conversation, as I truly believe that's the best way to learn a language, and our conversations can be about anything you want. Grammar is also important so I'll do my best to help you with it should it be necessary. I can also help you with your homework if needed.

Alexander is an outstanding teacher. The positive energy he brings to lesson from the second it stats is just excellent. Regardless of my mood or energy levels he instantly lifts me up with his enthusiasm. I love the way he eases into the lesson giving me questions I can reply to comfortably. Before I realise I’ve already passed 10 minutes with constant conversation. He is so encouraging and adds a great sense of humour to the lessons, and he gets real enjoyment seeing me complete a difficult sentence.
I can’t recommend Alex enough, his patience and excellent topics of conversation are always excellent. A truly outstanding teacher
