I spent about a year teaching English in Taipei , which I really enjoyed. Afterwards, I taught in language schools in England and NY and community colleges in NJ. I learned a lot from my diverse teaching experiences, especially from my students. I am thankful for growing up in an English speaking country because English is a global language and a lingua franca. I am also thankful for getting the best of both worlds as a Chinese-American.
