I'm Japanese male and I live in Toronto.

I would like to improve my English.
so I want to make friends with native English speakers.
I believe the best way to learn a language is to simply force yourself to speak in that language as much as possible.
If possible, I wish to have voice chat conversations on Skype, in English and Japanese.
