Two ways of asking the same thing. Which is the proper one and why?

1. Which rooms are in houses in your country?
2. What rooms do houses have in your country?
Thanks for your help!

The second one: What rooms (living room, bathroom, dormitories, etc.) do houses have in your country?

The word which is used when the alternatives are mentioned. Example: Which of the following rooms do houses have in your country: living room, bathroom or dormitories?

Hello
It is not so clear what you mean with your sentence , because both seem to be formulated incorrectly .What do u mean by what rooms your houses have ?? you are talking about the size or description of the rooms ??
Maybe you could say : "How do room in houses in your country look like ?"
