I think you have part of the answer here in italki.com there are hundreds of people from English speaking countries that are willing to help you. If you have foreign friends, practice with them. Read English on the internet and listen to videos on youtube and other video websites. Watch English language DVDs and films and listen to English language music and get a copy of the lyrics from the internet so you can understand the songs.
