is anyone here trying to learn egyptian arabic, or knows it? it's different from arabic, right?

generally, most of Arabic dialects has formal Arabic words. In addition, some have a few French words (Algeria, Tunisia...etc), some have a few Indian or Persian words (Arabian Gulf)... etc.

from listening to Egyptian Arabic, its mostly different than formal Arabic. The good point for foreigners, it has an easier pronunciation than formal Arabic...

further more, its widely understandable by native Arabic speakers...

are you think egyption arabic is different from arabic( for example Qatar)?
no different between arabic but we have orginal arabic (Qran language ) it is orginal and we ( all arabics ) can understand it and it is easy and the best. but not all can speak by orginal arabic. in country you can see different between it
For example english by england , usa and canada are the different ?
and if you can understand arabic . I can write by arabic and I'm egyption

it's different, but if you master it then you can communicate with anyone on the street because almost all arabic people can understand it.
