you have to:
1. choose one Accent for ever (American or british).
2.take some movies in that Accent with subtitle.
3.when speakers say something you must try repeat it as same as him/her loudly not just in your mind.
4. listen to english more & more even in your sleep
5.speaking in english if you have many mistakes on it ( you can correct them one by one)
