the present simple forms like this:
i/we/you/they work
he/she/it works

so,we add -s to the third person.if the verb ends in -s -sh -ch -x -o we add -es
if the verb ends in -y and before -y there is a consonant we add -ies
these rules apply only in affirmative form.
