I assume that you want a translation into French. "Il y a un incendie dans un bãtiment" would be the literal translation, but that sounds awkward. I doubt that a French-speaking person would ever have a reason in real life to say that. Perhaps "le bãtiment est en feu!" "The building is on fire!" And there may be an even more colloquial way that a native French speaker would say it.
