Hello zozo,
Since you are at an intemediate level you need to apply some methods to improve such as :
Reading at your own level of comprehension and alway looking for new words in dictionary .
Repeating and learning the new words so that you don't forget them easily
Listen to english lyrics in songs and watching movies in english language .
Doing any entertaining activity you like using the english language such as games etc .
Exercising grammar to be able to built correct sentences through grammar books or lessons online .
Practicing with native english speakers so that you get hold of the correct accent and learn new expressions used natively .( if you don't have this opportunity than practice at least with good english speakers ).
Use online chat programs such as itlaki to practice and voice chat with natives preferrably .
All that will help you increase your vocabulary , enchance your pronunciation and improve gradually , good luck :)

Hi
For improving your knowledge in English try:
1. Listen more &more to English even in your sleeping (it helps you to make a familiar atmosphere with it).
2. Write many sentences in it from short to long ones (for improving your grammar & helping to thinking in English not in your language)
3. Repeat the sentences after hearing them carefully (as same as speaker).
4. Speak more &more even you have some mistakes on it (you can correct them one by one)
5. Get a partner to conversation or chatting.
6.practice ,practice &practice (it’s the GOLD KEY for learning every thing).

you have got lorts of way if you are at that leavel you can mak the sent so plz you must read news paper and and find out gobldeque words and number of words which you dont know and use while speaking and wach bbc news and cnn both are goods chennel you can improve you listning power every parts play a vital role in your speaking and dont think you cant speak english just give the answer in english keep on trying to speak english if any mistak i have done so plz i am sorry
