When we say GENDER INEQUALITY, it refers to hidden disparities among individuals based on performance of gender (gender can separate from biological sex, see Sex/gender distinction). Gender has been construed as socially constructed through social interactions as well as biologically constructed through chromosomes, brain structure, and hormonal differences.The dichotomous nature of gender lends to the creation of inequality that manifests in numerous dimensions of daily life.

No, definitely not. I have observed enough glass ceilings & old boys'clubs in various companies & organizations to see how women are discriminated against. Until we have gender equality women will remain 2nd rate citizens.

i believe in personalities .... men and women r equal in mind .... maybe the physical strength is not equal as they r created this way; but i think many women practicing the inequality more than men do.
they always have their perfect excuse that they r women (i hate this) .... whatever they say, most of them still follow the same old rules.
