there is no real difference... some words are not used in france or in quebec... not used but they exists:
for example it's expensive => c'est cher( in France) c'est dispendieux(in Quebec)
both words exists but one is more used in france and the other one in quebec.
However there is some Quebec words: ex: chum (means guy-boyfriend) doesn't exist in France... but such words are pretty rare...
