Dear friends, little ticket=? Please help me!

I heard a monologue today.I'cant understand some sentences in the monologue.
question one:
'He went to have a look at my paintings,provision is the result.It's for two weeks.And it's devoted entirely to my work,doing very well,too,as you can see from the little tickets on about half of them.'
In these sentences,I can't understand '...,as you can see from the little tickets on about half of them.' them=?,little ticket=? and how to understand and translate this sentence.

Art galleries which display paintings may also sell them. If a painting on display has sold, they will put a ticket, (or a note, sticker or some other thing) beside the painting so other people know it has been sold (and that they cannot buy it). Here a ticket is not for travel, or an event, it simply means a piece of paper.
