hmmm, sounds to me like you recharge a prepaid-mobile phone, which was overused. so if you charge it with a new amount, the previous dept will be removed from the newly charged amount immediately.
so lets say the actual dept on the mobile is 20, so if you charge 100 your current credit will be 80 then.
