Made in Russia

It's my dad's birthday when I go back home so I was thinking of getting him a new belt. And maybe a new watch for my mom. But I go 'round the shops and all I see are products from Italy and so on .. and it's kinda annoying. I'm in Moscow, so it'd like to buy Russian products, pls -.- /not to mention the prices at some stores in GUM -.-/ Anyway, do you know any quality Russian brands for such products ? And where I could purchase them in Moscow ?
