Thoughout the whole ceremony the theme is the core of Chinese culture---harmony. Harmony with evironment, with universe and the armony inside oneself. It is typical Chinese.
Actually I was so afraid foreign friends may not be able to understand what was expressed in the ceremony. Seems not so bad. :)
