both 'documento' or 'archivo' work in spanish. just 'documento' refers more to PAPER copy of things, and 'archivo' to digital files

in computer/IT environments, it may mean:
lista de archivos (Latin America)
lista de ficheros (Europe/Spain)

For hard/printed copies, forms, etc. it may mean:
Lista de documentos
Listado de documentos
