"Navegar por internet" or "Navegar en la red" but my personal way to say that im loosing my time in internet is "Naufragando en internet". Naufragar is the opossite of Navegar... Good Luck!

Yeah, all the answers above are correct. But, what I use and what most people say is, "Voy a usar la internet," ...literally meaning...I am going to go use the internet.

Now remember that the traslation is not word for word or literal thing. In Spanish, the translation is Voy a navegar por internet.
