first you can write a mail to the man who steal or borrow your question, and tell him strictly that his/her action isn't honest, second you can appeal your right towards italki according to the earlier date you answer the question

Hi, I see the same questions here over & over again eg about love, being cheated on, life, death,destiny, grammar, religious quotes etc. There are new people joining Italki all the time. I would be annoyed when they start to steal your well known answers, that is sheer dishonesty & plagiarism. I know because it's happened to me several times. I would also follow Ivy's advice.

I am not sure that somebody stole your question because I also find the same questions through and through. I think Jura is right that it’s just the consequences of the novices who didn’t know the previous questions.
Anyway if your question is peculiar and you’re sure that it was stolen you’d better forget about it. The “life” of questions is very short in this site; there’s no reason to worry.

ummm…. Actually my reaction would differ from question to another….
There are a lot of repeated questions herein italki. One of the most repeated question, in most of the languages is “how can I use this website to learn……”. You can ignore those repetitions as long as there are a lot of new members or even new internet users…
Some people also translate some questions from a language to his mother language (“what do you think of…. “ , “how do you feel…” …etc), you can ignore those repetitions as well…
For those questions that look clearly your own questions, if someone copied it, I would suggest the following:
1) You can send the member who copied your question an email (itaki email) showing him your insatisfaction.
2) You can put an answer in his copied question, showing that this question was asked before. (of course you have to put the link of your original question).
3) You can flag his question with a concern (the yellow triangle with an exclamation mark) describing to italki why do you have a concern about this question.
