hi every, what's the different between too,also and either? thx in advance

i'm confused. because they have same meaning.

Too is widely used. I am here too, me too, he is tall too. We use either in the end of the sentence - I am not, either. He does not like you, either. I do not know it, either.
And also - I am here and I can fix everything. Also I can go if you do not need my help.

too and also have the same meaning : i am also tired... or i am tired too.. but either means when it is negative like, i don't like apples, me either ! understand?
