well when i see my profile i can find a rate beside the language i want to learn and the lang i can speak
so the rate in the lang i talk is how good i am at that lang
but the rate beside the lang i want to learn what does it mean???/

Hello Mohamed ,
You might have already learned the language and you are at a certain level ,not learning it from the scratch or a beginner , so that kind of rating is to determine and show what your level at the language is ,if you are a beginner, you speak it a little or you are at an advanced level and you just want to practice it etc ...

1stly its better to write the Languages which you are pefect in them in ur spoken Language '' which you can help ppl with these Languages , Like your Native Language and others which you speak perfectly , Its better not to write less than 3+ '' Intermediate''
And at the other side your ''Learning Languages''
Also rate to let the people know about ur level in these Languages
1+Means that you still beginner in this Language
+2 Refers that you know its Bacics ,.. And so on.
