I don't speak English at home but i wish to improve my speaking skill. What can i do?

I find it difficult to practise speaking English as non of my family members speak English. Neither do i speak English with my friends since most of them are chinese; we communicate in chinese all the time. What else can i do to improve my speaking skill? Talking to myself? Well, yeah. I do that. Does it help?

You can try getting a headset with a microphone and talking via skype or MSN to your friends here. All of us here can help you with that :)

try to find your real patner, you can ask your friends who learn english to speak with you everytime you meet each other, you can talk about everything n don't shy to make mistakes
