I'd like to understand the meaning of the following phrases. Can you help me , please?

1. "14 Tage ohne Eltern und ohne Till und Gill". What does "Till und Gill" mean? maybe it's just somebody's names....?

2. "Ziemlich komfortabel, diese Bus. Es gibt sogar ein Klo". Was ist das "ein Klo"?
