你可以说“您们”吗？在百度我看过3，00，000网址用您们。然后我的拼音软件有您们。

对于“您们”，语言学界所持的态度有四种：①否定，②肯定，③避而不谈，④不完全否定，也不直截了当地肯定。
在口语上，老北京人证实确有使用，在书面上，著名作家的笔下一再出现。
但这种用法很少用。

这是个偶尔会被使用的错误语法，就我所知，出生于大陆的母语为汉语的人，听到后能明白但会觉得别扭。
其他的港澳台以及新加坡、马来西亚等处是不是常见就不知道了。
Lesley说的那篇文章说了这个问题，我记得我也读过。

一般不会这么说，“您们”这种说法是不正确的，“您”一般是对长辈的一种尊称，只能代表个人，不能指两个人或者两个人以上的称呼。

其实没有很标准的答案,一般来讲是不可以的,你指的是一个人,而带"们"后则指两个或两个以上的人.另外在口语中通常您和们是不能同时使用的,如果你想表达多人可以用你们

＂您们＂在拼音软件中不能打出来的，除非设置了模糊拼音才可以打出来
就像上面所有的人所说的＂您们＂没有这样的词组的
p.s.建议用全拼输入法。不要用微软拼音输入法中的模糊音，对学习中文没好处
