对于“您们”，语言学界所持的态度有四种：①否定，②肯定，③避而不谈，④不完全否定，也不直截了当地肯定。
在口语上，老北京人证实确有使用，在书面上，著名作家的笔下一再出现。
但这种用法很少用。

您表示对你的尊敬，但您们无法表示你到底对谁尊敬。发音绕口，所以中国人都不这么说。
一定有人说“您们”就知道你是老外，刚学汉语。就像英国人听到“good good study”

据我所知，“您”一般只用于单数，不能用于复数，因此不用“您们”这一说法；如果用于复数，就用“你们”，如果想表达委婉的语气或尊敬对方可以通过发声及音调来达到目的。
I think we don't use "ninmen",bot "nimen" in the language Chinese(Mandarin).
