It's a informal usage in modern Hanyu but I see some in ancient Chinese such as 你兜。

您 is elegant and seldom used and 您们 is over pretentious to be used in oral and written Chinese. 大家,诸位, 各位, etc. can be took place for 您们.

“您们”is informal. you can say"您俩"for "you two",or “您几位”for more than 2 people.

不可以的 只能说“您二位”之类的 单独说“您”只能一个字 想表示敬意也只能用“你们”

不能，不加“们”的话就可以用“您”，如果加了“们”就只能用“你”，不能用“您”。
