不能说您们，口语和官方用于没这么说的
No, just have 你们（nimen) There are not have "您们" this word. Just say nimen,Take it easy.

interesting question~~ maybe that is too literal for us,in our daily life when u met SOME people that you want to show your respect, you can use some other words to express it, the firt word came into my mind is 各位， but that depends on situations ,maybe you can find some other better words~~

Actually, 您们 is usable in Chinese, but we seldom use it. In most cases, 你们 is enough. And 您们 sounds strange.

we often say“您”to one person who is older than you.if you say "你" it means that the person is younger than you. if there are two and more people.you should say "你们".we never use "您们" in our life.

中国人如果日常生活中听到这样的称呼，也会觉得很怪，很不自然。

Generally, "女士们先生们" / "尊敬的(各位).....们 " can perfectly show ur high respect.

个人觉得只要不写在纸上,在口语中使用是可以的,也是表示尊敬的说法.
当然以前"您们"是很少见的(甚至认为是错误的),但是"under the influence of English",现代的青年人对单复数的概念越来越重视,导致这个词越来越普遍.
现在不少输入法可以打出这个词也就算存在吧
希望哪一天可以收录现代汉语词典
