How do you deal with worrying situations and stress in your daily live?

Do you know any good strategy and could you share it with us?
A good strategy I have learned is:
First, I ask myself, "What is the worst that can possibly happen? Second,I prepare to accept it if I have to. Third, I try to improve the worst.

I agree with you Joao and itlktiv. Regarding myself, it took quite a time to learn meaning of some wise words (don't know who wrote them) but says something like: God, give me wisdom to solve what I can, give me acceptation to what i cannot solve and give me the wisdom to find the difference of both. It is absolutely true. Whatever you can solve, great - bingo! What you cannot, learn to deal with the unsolved, and never get stressed for that. Stress kills and if by worrying we can make something or solve something, then let's worry all us, but then we shall be losing time, energy etc. Hope this has helped you and hope some others can think twice that too much worry does not lead just that to nowhere, life is one and deserve to be lived as it: only once. Well, when it happens, take time to relax and walk away for a while. Take a deep breath... come back and face it with a smile, whatever happens. Anyway by being stressful or sad or worry does not add another minute or solve the problem. So face it with joy so that at least you enjoy the process of overcoming it.

Well i've a too simple tip, I take easy whatever the problem . I hang on my cold temper .

If im stressed out with someone, i leave it a while before i talk to them again;; then try and solve the problem, if it gets more stressfull then i leave them alone..

If im in worrying situation i try not to think about what is happening and think about other things and keep my mind busy. But in situations when u feel bad or stressed, take a deep breath and clear your mind..

I go to the gym & my bellydancing classes so that my mind focuses on other things.
