The sequence of words in Russian sentences is not important. For example, "Порядок слов в русском предложении не важен" = "В русском предложении не важен порядок слов" = "Не важен в русском предложении порядок слов, не важен!"
In questions too. "Важен ли порядок слов в русском предложении?", "В русском предложении порядок слов важен?", "В русском предложении важен порядок слов?"

What did you mean exactly, Niko_br?

If you want to make a sentence you need a verb and/or a noun. Kroops is correct. Russian is not sensitive in order of words of sentenses. You can use "noun + verb + object" or "verb + noun + object" or "object + verb + noun". In other words, it almost does not matter what words you put at the start or at the end of a sentense.

I hope this helps.
