I'm not sure exactly what you mean by "accent" here. I'm guessing you mean pronunciation...
There are two main ways of pronouncing Latin (speaking for the UK, at any rate). One is called "reconstructed pronunciation" and how linguists think that Classical Latin was pronounced. Latin is most often taught with this pronunciation in schools and universities (in the UK, at least), and it is this pronunciation that is normally used when reading texts in Classical Latin.
The other is called "ecclesiastical pronunciation". This is the pronunciation used by the Catholic Church. It is quite similar to Italian. This pronunciation is normally used when reading mediaeval and ecclesiastical Latin.
An example of the difference in pronunciation would be "Regina Coeli", which would be pronounced something like "re-ghi-na koy-li" in reconstructed pronunciation, but something like "re-ji-na che-li" in ecclesiastical pronunciation.
