How can she knows your feelings to her by not saying it...just a pick of advice to you..firstly be friendly with her then after you've already knows her personality try to confess your feelings and say i love you..dont be afraid..saying it honestly with all your heart it will be great..there's no harm in trying anyway..goodluck..
