Hi Sweet.
李汉伦 could be right, if the conversation is about holding an object, but in the context of a telephone call, the most likely answer to your question is 'Do you want to hold?'.
When making telephone calls, you will often hear the question "Do you want to hold?", especially when you are asking to speak to someone. A typical response will be "I will try and find them for you, do you want to hold?". Other ways of saying this that you might hear are:
'do you want to hold the line?'
'hold the line please, I'll put you through….'
'I'm going to put you on hold while I ……'
'will you hold?'

both could be correct. The only difference is that "go hold" implies that the "thing" is not nearby and the person must move or go somewhere in order to hold it.
