I find somebody they are nudnik , for the first time to chat each other, they make me get angry(usually they say something coarsely).This moment, how to say ?

You might call them uncool or a jerk. Before I read your question I did not know the word, but it seems to me that 'nudnik' is exactly the right word to describe them.
