I really don't know what you mean of ''Tone'' if you mean the Intonation '' To make you voice Shorter and Longers'' That's stop at many things , To choose the word which is most Important fir you in your speech and make it Longer , and higher in its tone e.g. You want refer that you love '' Football'' and play it' I playes '' Football ''everyday' to make its word Longer to give the pay the attention of the hearer , Also there are something called '' Stress'' to make your word Stronger , May be it happens in the same word '' A syllable is more Stong than other . like in '' FOOTball , PASSport , TICket ,.. and so on,.. And may be at a word among your words in Speech.
