WHAT CAN I TALK OR DO WHEN I COME TO CUBA FOR THE FIRST TIME?

I'm going to Cuba to live my university life!But i still don't how to communicate with the people who live there,so who can tell me how to talk with them,thank you very much!

Well, one thing for sure is that Cubans actually living in Cuba (instead of South Florida) won't be able to tell you, because until recently the government in Cuba outlawed people using the internet.
