Well I think that a good job for you in spain it will be working in a shop/store at the beginning it will be a little hard but you will like it and you will learn soooo much....
You will have to explain yourself to clients in spanish and you will take practise in the formal/informal language.....

Though I don't know much about career issues in Spain, I think it would be fantastic if your major is Spainish, and you want to work in Spain for a year. You will definitely find a lot of interesting things related with language and cultural there.
I know some foreigners are working in Shanghai. Just for your information, I can share with you what they are mainly working on.
Group 1: Language Teachers. (They teach English to Chinese students. I think you can teach English too in Spain)
Group 2: Tour guide or media and PR. Some of foreigners are working as a tour guide.
Group 3: There is relatively the group with more management skills and years work experience.
Hope this is helpful to you. By the way, I think the Sariel is right. You will find a lot of information online. Simply google for it.

i cannot claim to have ever worked
in spain before. but i i've spent time living and working
in a spanish speaking country. specifically panama.
in my case, i found it to be a positive experience.
i did not speak spanish when i first arrived there.
i had to learn it along the way. so if you already have a
basic familiarity with spanish, that should give you an advantage
upon arrival i would think.
good luck to you.
