Actually, I think the answer from Xyza is more accurate. I know the letter "j" in Norsk pronounces like "y" in English. But I prefer the first one from Betty, because it used some characters which have good meanings.

I don't know how to translate...hum....I look up it in dictionary,but......Terje..maybe 泰（tài ）杰（jié）。。I think maybe U can make a new Chinese name that have special meaning.....
