What's the fastest way to report errors on italki ?

Hi guys,
I had reported some errors to italki's development team, but no answer yet!
I did it by clicking on the link on the bottom of the page «contactez-nous» (it means contact-us), because I use the French interface.

In your opinion ,what’s the fastest way to make the admins and Modos (Abv. of moderators) consider your suggestion?

P.S. I noticed an error in chat statue of the French interface, it's displayed:
Chat - tout le monde
Chat - Mes amis
Chat - Hors Ligme (Here is the error, Ligne not Ligme);
I wish italki's team consider it, it bothered me :-)
