The works mean everything, vegatablel, meat, cheese everything the Pizza Shop offers for toppings.

The 'works' is the covering of the pizza.

What's on it?
- cheese,
- tomato,
- onion,
- ...,
- ...,
- bulldozers,
- little yellow wooden chairs

'With the whole works' means you want everything available on it.

What do you like on your pizza?
