Red. It's a very vivid color and easily distinguishable. (Which is why many flags have red in them.)

Blue is my favorite. Blue is the color of stability, as the ocean and sky which seem to stretch on forever. It's the color of thinkers and that of quiet wisdom.

Yellow is my favorite. When I walk in a yellow T-shirt I feel relaxed. If there were yellow underwear I would buy it. Yellow is the colour that gives me courage when I feel sad, energy when I lack inspiration and new ideas when I am bored.
On my last visit to Paris I imagined the Eifeltour, painted yellow. I hoped French politicians would spit out yellow bubbles instead of blablabla. Recently I adviced the United Nations council to turn the UN-helmets (now blue) into yellow. I am awaiting their reply. When positive I will inform you promptly.

Deep sky blue has been my favourite colour for as long as I can remember. Turquoise, blue and emerauld green remind me of the sea I love and of all the memories attached to it. :) :) :)

Yellow helmets? :D I always thought yellow meant "danger" so I don't think that's such a good idea. :P And on wikipedia it states:

"Yellow is associated at times with jealousy, as well as cowardliness."

I don't know if we really want a peacekeeping force associated with cowardliness. :D

My favourite colour is green. It has a sort of secret energy, different from the red's one, and it's somehow very peaceful too - maybe because it closely belongs to nature. Plants are green: they never move but they can live forever if they grow in favorable conditions - they keep the secret of everlasting life. Green is the colour of the palace of mystery, according the poet Neruda... and of sweet lovable death in the poems of Mueller... Green is the colour of shadows and light rayons in the forest...
Some of you has said black or white. This is a common mistake; actually they aren't colours. Colours come from the diffraction of light in many waves with different frequency - we can see them in the light spectrum -, each frequency is a particular colour, from infra-red to ultra-violet (green is in the middle, so it's commonly associated to harmony). But black corresponds to complete darkness, NO light; while white is full of light: it's the amount of all light frequencies - we see white if they aren't diffracted. As well, grey isn't a colour too...
