In the 21st century, china’s international cooperation is increasingly frequent and expanded. Higher requirement of multi-cultural communicative ability is put forward to those who participate in international commercial affairs. Training and improving multi-cultural communicative ability has become the important content of commercial English education. Therefore, it is particularly important for the youths, who live in the 21st century and are burdened with the future of human being, to cultivate multi-cultural consciousness, develop multi-cultural communicative ability and learn to communicate with people from different cultures. While they are learning strategies of dealing with social contradiction and conflict, teachers and students may know more about the importance of multi-cultural intercommunication. Through the study of economical globalization, this course will briefly introduce the basic conception and characteristic of current international commercial negotiation, analyze the cultural difference in commercial intercommunication in details and the application of multi-cultural intercommunication, and affirm the importance of multi-cultural communication. Meanwhile, it objectively relates and explains the problems of cultural intercommunication in commercial negotiation, gives relatively efficient settlement and methods.
