boku vs watashi

I am currently writing my じこしょうかい, and I want to know if I should use　僕or 私.

じこしょうかいさせていただきます。僕はランディです。ＭＣＣカレッジで日本語を勉強しています。僕はアリゾナで生まれました。そして日本に住んで英語を教えたいです

if it's not too much to ask I would like some help translating this:
I don't have much time for anything besides work, school, and studying Japanese. Sometimes I feel a little lonely... but who cares? I smile and look forward to a blessed future for myself.

I don't know that much Kanji yet so please respond in ひらがな。And please feel free to ask me anything about English.
