Hello,
Practise with native speakers and go on studying regularly. Reading a lot in English, listening to the radio and watching films will help too. You will soon find yourself making some progress. :)

chating with someone is a good way to improve your English, however, I pick some friends up in this web, they do not online always. So I hate that

My level is, how I think, between intermediate and advanced. Some call it upper-intermediate. But we do not know exactly how much knowledge we have in this or another language. But we improve it every day and develop our skills. It is important for us, non-native speakers, to read, to listen, to speak in english regularly. And after some time you will feel improving. That's how everybody feel. It is very good feeling when you become more confident in a language and more fluent.
