There are a plenty of reasons for a worker to leave his company :
- He died
- He got Fired.
- He found another company ,which offers a better salary.
- He got annoyed from the work .
- He Retied.
............................etc.

Hi, there are more people than before who are speaking about moral harassment..they have to choose between health and the work.

i think that coz they dont like their work or they feel depressed because of their life conditions
and want job suitable for them i agree with this point for the people who have certification
but the problem is that some wants a ranking job while they dont have a certification and diddnt prepare for thier future
look i know some people are like that because we have a company and i lived with both kind of people
and that is the peoblem.they just want thierself like the person who has a big certification
also another problem the envy is existed between the workers and every one wants to be the best and he wants that even if he will harm his workmates for that
