First of all, i think you should make sure if the strange feeling u have felt is really love. After that, u can tell her that u love her by showing more and different affection than before. Make her realized that u have feeling for her. And then, you can tell her by words. She might think that is only a joke,but u can look into her eyes and say that it's true.
