When you write an essay for a test, the point of view is not really important as long as you organise your ideas and write clearly and with good grammar.
It is important to give good arguments and examples.
The first paragraph should contain the introduction. Here you need to explain why you agree/disagree with the topic, and some brief reasons.
The second paragraph should contain arguments that are against your point of view. With examples.
The third, arguments that are in favour of your point of view. Of course, you need examples.
The last should be the conclusion. Here you summarise your arguments and give your point of view again.
