What does it mean the word "Rigged"?

I heard something like "You have to rigged the game" for me means cheat, manipulate or fixed the game to you side, but I don't know if I am right.

Yes, in this context if you say something is rigged or that someone rigged something, it means that something that was meant to be unpredictable or unfixed was manipulated so to give a certain result. For instance:

"The game was rigged. The referee's let the other time do whatever they wanted, and made many bad calls towards the team that should of won."
"They rigged the plinko table so that it would never land at the maximum prize."
"Carnival games are always rigged. The one you throw the ball into jugs, they coat them jugs in cooking spray so that the ball always slides out."
