I studied Russian at the university a number of years ago, but I have forgotten much of it. I am now a student in a 12-month intensive Russian language course at an international institute in California. I would like to focus on spoken Russian and listening - this is my weakest area. I already know some grammar. I will begin travelling to Russia next year and I need to gain a general level of proficiency for professional reasons. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
