what should I do to save our relationship?

About 2 months ago,I got an order from a client who came from Dubai,he pay by L/C.But to some reasons,the deal failed at last,and he is really disappointed with my company,my boss,and I.
I want to do sth to save our good relationship,but what should I do now?

Business relationship depends upon how reliable and trust worthy the company is, so the best thing you can do is to be as transparent as you can and explain your situation to the client.
